Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the oral cavity is one most common malignancies head and neck. Risk factors for development SCC include infection with human papillomavirus (HPV), tobacco use, alcohol use. HPV-positive more commonly seen in young adult patients, whereas HPV-negative disease prevalent older patients histories We describe case a an extensive history vaping using nicotine-delivery systems who was diagnosed that rapidly progressive fatal.
